Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
First and foremost we take great pride in ourselves and our products therefore customer satisfaction is our number one concern. We urge customers to double check their orders before check out but when necessary we do have a 30 day return policy. This policy goes into effect after the product has shipped.
The process is quite simple.
Please notify a customer service representative of your return to receive a return authorization number and the correct location to send your item. It is essential that each item is in its original condition and packaging. Customers are responsible for the return freight charges.
Returns are a flat $250.
A restocking fee up to 25% may be applied to certain Saunas or Cold Plunges based on manufacturers.
(we don't make up the rules here).
Once the return item has been received and inspected you will receive a credit for the total of your purchase minus the freight and restocking fees.
Our team will also look for ways to try and help you save on restocking fees such as open boxing the item.
Please Note: Unfortunately we can not receive returns on any custom build items. If the item you are purchasing requires manufacturing specific to your order details the item is not eligible for our 30 day return policy.
*All White Glove Services Are Non-Refundable. There will be a $250 charge for the return even if white glove delivery was waived on purchase.
The customer is responsible for disassembling the Sauna and packing it back up in the original packaging. Once this is complete, we will have the Sauna picked up.
RETURN POLICY GUIDELINES
- Must be returned in its original boxes. If not an additional charge will be applied.
- White-Glove Delivery is Non-Refundable. This is an additional service and therefore cannot be refunded. If you do return your sauna want white glove pickup, then there will be an additional charge applied.
- The chair must return with no damages to qualify to qualify for just paying shipping on return.
EXCHANGE POLICY
Like our return policy, customers have 30 days to exchange their product for another model. The customer is responsible for shipping fees and white glove delivery fees. If the product is defective, we will exchange it for the same model with no additional shipping costs. Once an exchange has taken place on a non-defective product, it cannot be returned.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
The return process is simple. Just email customersuccess@massagechairs.com to get your Return Authorization (RMA) number and the correct address to send your item. Please be sure that the item is returned in its original condition and that it is packed in its original boxes. Products returned improperly will not be accepted. Restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders usually ship orders in 2-3 days, if you choose to cancel your order after your massage chair has been processed, you will be liable for any shipping charges incurred as well as a 3% credit card processing fee.
